Stacey Brenner

Principal

Stacey Brenner is a skilled professional with more than 20 years of experience working in public and private sectors, managing complex land use entitlement and permit expediting projects, government initiatives, political campaigns, and community-grassroots organizing. Her technical expertise combined with a finely honed understanding of public processes and relationships, provides clients with the strategic guidance and advantage necessary to achieve their goals.

Stacey’s expertise is grounded in a thorough understanding of CEQA, regulatory-requirements, and the management of complex and simultaneous project variables. She has entitled and permitted millions of square feet of development for public entities such as the Los Angeles Unified School District and for private companies and individuals seeking to build everything from shopping centers to residences. In addition to providing a knowledgeable review of technical documents, Stacey designs and executes governmental and public outreach programs as an integral part of an overall entitlement strategy.

Stacey is motivated by a desire to provide clients with the right strategic path, the right tools, and the energy necessary to efficiently advance their goals. Her qualifications and experience provide a firm foundation for success.

Stacey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Psychology and emphasis in Women and Middle East Politics from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo as well as a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning with an emphasis in urban design and sustainability also from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo.

Andrew is an LA native and is currently studying communications at Santa Monica College. When not working or going to school, Andrew loves to watch and study sports, travel, and experience the worlds diverse cultures.


Rochelle Hernandez

Project Coordinator 

With over 10 years of experience in executive administrative support, in both the Legal and Business fields, Rochelle has thorough knowledge surrounding client relations, office management, marketing and business development. Her strong research, analytical, technical, and reporting abilities ensure details aren’t missed and deadlines are upheld. 

Christine Jerian

Project Coordinator 

Christine Jerian is an accomplished public servant with nearly 30 years of experience working in both the government and nonprofit sector.  Her experience includes expertise in executive level management, policy development and program implementation, managing government initiatives, political campaigns, community organization, leadership and organizational development, and navigating bureaucracy to get things done. Christine holds an Executive Masters Degree in Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor in Art Degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the California State University Northridge. 

David Tuch

Associate

David has over 26 years of experience in operations management.  He graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Urban Studies.  Familiar with the complexities of government agencies.

He is a customer service driven person with a positive attitude towards clients and meeting their needs.
